HLS Playlist Bandwidth Inspector

Free Engine1 browser tool for streaming developers: paste an HLS master playlist to inspect rendition metadata and estimate transfer per quality. Uses average bandwidth when present and labels peak-bandwidth proxies. Processing stays in the browser; no stream URLs or media are fetched. Exported reports omit URLs and secrets. Includes a synthetic example. Metadata estimates do not measure actual CDN traffic, adaptive bitrate mixes or playback validity.
